AI Smart Reports is a set of five live reports in VCS Transport ERP: business dashboard, lorry hire and rate card, billing and collection, fleet profit, and cash and bank. Each report is made from your own data when you open it, and the most urgent points come on top in red, yellow and green.
Does my data go outside my ERP?
No. The reports are made inside your VCS ERP from your own data. No data is sent to any outside AI service.
Do I need to learn anything?
No. Open a report. Red means act now, yellow means keep an eye on it, green means good news. Click any number to open the entry behind it.
Can I take a report in Excel?
Yes. The lists can be exported to Excel.
