What is Vehicle Placement?
Vehicle Placement is a feature of VCS Transport ERP for getting a truck for an order at the best rate. Save the order and it goes on WhatsApp to the brokers who run that route and truck type. Each broker opens a link (no app, no login) and sends a rate. All rates come on one screen, cheapest first. Confirm in one tap, the broker sends the truck number and driver, and one more tap makes the order, traffic details and hire slip in the ERP.
After the truck is placed, the broker module sends memo, challan and POD on WhatsApp and warns you before a loss-making trip.
