What is FleetDrishti?
FleetDrishti is fleet management software from VCS for Indian truck owners and transporters. In 21 tabs it covers a morning alert list, a live control tower and tracking board, service due and mobile job cards, workshop and breakdowns, owner approval for big expenses, service cost per km, Tyre Care (tyre checks on the phone, change dates, which tyre costs least) and Tyre 360, FASTag toll checks, route budgets, advances and drivers. Every number clicks through to the list and the actual entry, and every list exports to Excel.

What is FleetDrishti?
FleetDrishti is fleet management software from VCS for Indian truck owners and transporters. It answers where every truck is, which truck is earning, when service is due and where the money is going, on one platform with 21 tabs.
Do I need to install an app to use FleetDrishti on mobile?
No. FleetDrishti works on Android and iPhone without installing an app.
Can FleetDrishti catch FASTag double deductions?
Yes. The Toll Check tab flags FASTag charges taken twice, tolls entered twice, missed return discounts and tolls with no trip, and shows the money to recover.
Does FleetDrishti manage truck service and tyres?
Yes. It shows service due for every truck, lets you raise job cards on mobile with a photo of the bill, tracks workshop time and breakdowns, analyses service cost per km, and covers tyres in Tyre 360.
Can FleetDrishti tell me when to change a tyre?
Yes. With Tyre Care you check every tyre on the phone: groove, air pressure, condition and a photo. FleetDrishti works out the wear, shows how many days are left and the date to change it, and every morning lists the tyres to change today or soon and the ones with wrong air pressure.
Can I control big expenses?
Yes. Big expenses go through only after the owner approves them.
Can each team see only its own work?
Yes. Rights are set team-wise, every change is recorded, and each team gets a simple manual.
Do I have to enter data again for FleetDrishti?
No. FleetDrishti uses the users and data of your VCS ERP, so there is no re-entry. Every list can be exported to Excel.
