What is the VCS Client Portal?
VCS Client Portal is a self-service login for a transporter’s customers. Each customer signs in with their own ID and sees, on one screen, how much of their goods is in transit, how much is delivered and how much payment is pending. They can track any LR from booking to delivery, download the signed POD and see every overdue bill without calling your office. It is connected directly to your VCS ERP, so there is no separate entry.

No. Lorry hire, broker details and trip expenses are never shown, and each customer sees only their own data.
How does the POD reach the customer?
As soon as the goods are delivered, the signed POD appears on the portal. The customer views and downloads it themselves. No WhatsApp forwarding or courier, so payment is never held up for want of a POD.
How does the portal help me collect payment faster?
