What is the AI Diesel App?
The AI Diesel and Advance App is for transporters with their own trucks and connects directly to your ERP. Diesel, advance or CNG slips are made on the mobile with the truck’s last 4 digits, every slip is checked by itself, and approval comes on WhatsApp.

How much typing is there?
Almost none. Type the last 4 digits of the truck number and the trip, client, route and driver come by themselves.
How does the system know how much diesel is needed?
It works it out for that truck from the route, the average and the diesel already given, and shows the expected litres.
How do I match the pump bill with diesel slips?
Choose the approved slips, enter the pump's bill number and amount, and one diesel bill is ready. A slip that is already billed cannot come into a bill again.
Who can approve a slip?
Only people with approval rights in the ERP. Staff do not choose the number, the buttons work only from that person's own number, and nothing is approved automatically. A reject needs a reason, and who did what and when is recorded.
What if the approver does not reply?
